IncoPAN RING6

Concatenated ring panels, made by chaining continues and reciprocal of a ring with 6 adjacent. The ring is made from a strand consisting of a continuous filament with closed procedure splice.


WHERE TO USE THE PRODUCT


The panels rings are used in the interventions of active and passive stabilization and consolidation of slopes.

Active interventions

  • enhancements with cortical installation grip along rocky slopes in simple or reinforced lattice of ropes;
  • bandage or sling elements rocky disjointed or isolated;
  • interventions nailing deep soil type soil-nail.


Passive interventions

  • networks curtain to contain blocks of rock or ice;
  • screen-off in rockfall barriers elastic deformable.

CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPONENTS

Wire ring: according to EN10264-3-3 AE2 diameter from 0.5 to 4 mm minimum grade 1570 N/mm2
Rope ring: according to EN12385-10 diameter AE6-9-10 ,5-15 mm


CORROSION PROTECTION

Rope ring: zinc coating in accordance with EN 10264-2 Class A


CUSTOMIZING THE PRODUCT

Dimensions: on request it is possible to produce panels with size, shape and personalized jersey;
Protection: an alternative to the standard treatment of zinc protection is possible with galvanized finish with eutectic alloy of Zinc-Aluminum (5%) Cerium and lanthanum;
Finish: treatment options after corrosion coating;
Perimeter rope: on request it is possible to lay in the workshop of a rope perimeter closing panel on all four sides;
Multilayer: a request is possible to realize a composite panel for double or triple layer, made stitching to the panel in a sheet rope of yarn mesh and a geotextile or a biomat.
